We've designed and built a B2B mortgage application platform from the ground up around the Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form 1003) and URLA 2021. The platform is designed for mortgage brokers and loan officers, with borrower application workflows, a broker portal, MISMO/XML output, and a multi-tenant SaaS architecture. It is designed to scale to 50,000+ tenants without fundamental architectural rework.
This is more than a product concept. The work spans product strategy, requirements engineering, platform architecture, mortgage workflow design, data modeling, technical specifications, and AI-assisted development.
Multi-Agent AI Orchestration
We built a working multi-agent AI workflow in n8n for a complex, knowledge-intensive process. Rather than asking one chatbot to do everything, the system breaks the work into specialized agents with defined responsibilities, structured handoffs, scoring, evaluation, quality controls, and orchestration.
The system includes specialized stages for sourcing, vetting, requirements parsing, matching, scoring, review, document generation, orchestration, and deployment.
The point isn't the number of agents. The point is designing a system where AI can perform meaningful work inside a structured business process.
AI-Assisted Requirements & Product Development
We've also used AI to rethink how products themselves get built. Instead of treating requirements gathering as a long manual exercise followed by development, we've designed AI-assisted workflows that turn complex inputs into structured, implementation-ready requirements and specifications.
In one workflow, a traditional multi-week specification process was compressed into days through multi-agent orchestration, structured outputs, evaluation, and quality controls.
AI isn't simply generating text at the end of the process. It's being used inside the product-development process itself.
The industries and problems
are different. The approach isn't.
We start by understanding the business problem, the people involved, the existing workflow, and where things are breaking down.
Then we determine what should be automated, what should remain human, where AI actually adds value, and what needs to be built around it.
Sometimes the answer is AI.
Sometimes it's better product design.
Sometimes it's automation.
And sometimes it's a combination of all three.

Her work has ranged from Fortune 500 financial services environments to building products from the ground up. That includes leading product, building businesses, designing technology platforms, improving operational processes, and increasingly using AI to change how products and workflows are designed and delivered.
